If more than 5 (or only five) positions at once, we will conduct a search at Client¡¯s requirement after deposit is paid.
Fees
Pay the deposit within 5 working days after sign of the contract
The deposit can be transferred to next period without additional fees charged. The deposit is excluded from the service fee.
Client has to pay service fees in a lump sum within 5 working days after each candidate reports for duty.
If the expired contract is renewed, the paid deposit will be transferred to the next period. Otherwise, all deposit paid will be refunded. In the event Client terminates the employment of any recruit recruited by Company and hired by Client under this Agreement for any reason, or such an employee resigns, three (3) months following that recruit¡¯s employment with Client, Junyao should provide the candidate name list to Client within 2 months upon receiving the notice until the Client is satisfy with the candidate. Otherwise, Client is entitled to elect to receive a refund or ask Junyao to present additional recruits to replace the terminated recruit. If Client elects to receive the refund, Junyao should return 50% of all fees paid to Client without getting concessions in return.

Client will be invited to attend the irregular saloons trainings and seminars home and abroad free of charge. Offer strategic manpower reserve for Clients
Offer VIP Service for clients, which is in low cost, high efficiency and quantities
